2. User-Generated Content & Liability Exemption

Strangertalks.fun is a neutral, decentralized platform facilitating peer-to-peer WebRTC connections. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or control the video, audio, or text content generated by users during active sessions.

Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (US) and the Defamation Act 2013 (UK), Strangertalks.fun, its developers, and its hosting providers are explicitly exempt from liability regarding any defamatory, offensive, or illegal content transmitted by third-party users across the platform.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree NOT to use the platform to transmit illegal material, broadcast non-consensual sexual content, attempt to dox or extract personal identifying information (PII) from other users, or deploy automated scraping bots to manipulate the pairing algorithm.

4. Termination & Moderation

We reserve the absolute right to terminate your access, ban your IP address, and report your activities to relevant US/UK law enforcement agencies if we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms or local laws.
